Well – I need to talk about a different cleanse. This one is good – it’s smooth and boy do I feel much better!!! You know, Elvis didn’t really die of a heart attack in that bathroom. The man ate bad… he died trying to “cleanse”…

Everyone has trouble now and then. Even people whose diet is rich in fiber and whole grains (like me…) have issues occasionally. Here’s my story: I was deathly ill – everything I had came out every where it could. My body had purged itself of all the little helpful things it possessed. Horrible. What to do?
