About Us

Hello, my name is Barbara Haas.  My husband Bob and I are Independent Watkins Associates (383996 – in case you’re ordering!) from Gibsonia, Pennsylvania.  Welcome to our Watkins blog!

First, a little about us. We’ve been married 30 years (notice how I didn’t say LONG years!!) and we’re at that point in our lives where we want a little more out of life. Now “more” is one of those subjective words – more to me, might be something totally different than it is to you. I think for us – it’s just wanting to go on vacation when we want, out to eat when we don’t feel like cooking – all the carefree things that might just make life a little easier. Also, we want to be comfortable in our health and in our environment.

We did a ton of searching for just the right thing. Would it be stuffing envelopes? Typing at home? Internet scams? Of course not! We wanted something that people would use, enjoy, explore and ultimately support the way we do. So – it’s Watkins!

We’re so impressed by the organic. living naturally line. How can you not be? Environmentally friendly, smells good, tastes good (okay, don’t eat everything…) and economical?

Little by little, we replace our usual cleaning materials, home care, personal care, cooking items and we’re just loving it!
